Our intention: To set in place a fee structure that supports the transformational work of the whole system while acknowledging the greater reality of systemic financial inequity in our world as well as seasons of scarcity and plenty for our members.

This approach allows us to:
  • Love our members in tangible ways – making it possible for every member to have the full WP experience.
  • Create a financial system that is better prepared to address inequity.
  • Increase our offerings (trainings, experiences)
  • Provide financial compensation to members and guest speakers for contributing their training and facilitation expertise to the larger membership beyond their tribe.

The fee structure provides 3 financial access points for the same membership value.

Supplemented Access
For those with limited financial resources who will benefit
from membership supplemented by the community.

One-time payment: $299
Two monthly payments: $150
Three monthly payments: $100

Fair Access
For those with sufficient financial resources who can
pay fair value for a WayPoint membership.

One-time payment: $499
Two monthly payments: $250
Three monthly payments: $167

Rebalancing Access
For those with a desire to supplement access for others
to help with limited financial resources.

One-time payment: $699
Two monthly payments: $350
Three monthly payments: $233

Your membership fees contribute to:
The unleashing of yourself and other members through transformational skill building and experiences in the context of a dedicated, sacred community.

Financial support for members (Balancing out the whole system so that all members can have the full experience of membership, including Summits and other organizational wide offerings. Your membership fees also support other members who may find themselves in crisis or in need of personal financial help.)

The administration of the business entity of WayPoint Coaching Community. This includes payment of contracted workers who provide services for taxes and bookkeeping, calendaring, website maintenance, newsletters, event and membership registration, invoicing, surveys, data tracking, etc.  We also pay for several platforms that facilitate our organizational work – Survey Monkey, Constant Contact, PayPal, Weebly (website platform), and Zoom.

Workshops for member education and transformational experiences beyond a member’s own tribe.  We will pay current members or outside guests to bring training on topics of interest to the community. We will pay members who facilitate the Encounter Course (our introduction to potential new members) or act as Shepherds for new tribes in their first 6-12 months of formation.  With the communal leadership model that is emerging, new ideas about this may also emerge.
